Jaye Sutter

Jaye Ramsey Sutter teaches government and political science at a major urban community college and a major university. She is a graduate of South Texas College of Law and Baylor University. She holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence and Master of Arts in political science. In 1983, as an undergraduate at Baylor, she traveled extensively through out the Soviet Union.

Jaye has been married to John Ben Sutter twenty six years. They live with their dogs and cats and books.
